Year 12 English


This is a programme of learning from which a selection of standards will be used for final assessment. Students will read, analyse and interpret a variety of texts and they will continue to develop their writing, speaking and presenting skills. Up to 21 credits may be gained and learning will be assessed using a range of methods against standards appropriate to the students’ needs and interests, selected from the list provided.  




Entry Requirements

11ENG:  1.1, 1.2,  plus a further three standards, adding up to 17 credits. Students not meeting this requirement may be admitted at the discretion of the HOD. Another entry prerequisite that will be considered is competent achievement in 12ENC.
