Year 9 Mathematics

The year 9 and 10 Mathematics program is based over two years. In year 9 we cover Number (L4), Geometry (L4), Algebraic Expressions & Equations (L4), Measurement (L4&5) and Statistics (L4&5). This aims to develop a wide range of skills, providing students with an increased number of tools to problem-solve with. Students will learn how to reason, communicate logically, and discuss their findings in a safe learning environment. Over the year, the students will work with different teachers and student groupings will change for different units of work.
