Level 1 Design and Visual Communication
Course Description
This course builds on the skills learned in 10DVC and focuses on these main areas of design: Visual communication (sketching, technical drawing and notation); Design History; Architecture; Product Design; and Graphic Design and Packaging. Projects may include such things as modelling, basic architecture, poster and logo design and use of design software. This course will be assessed using standards up to 21 credits.
Entry Requirements
Students must have completed 10DVC or at HOD discretion.
