Course Description

This course will assist students to develop the personal and work skills required to move successfully into the work force and on to further study. Students will gain an understanding of their employee rights and responsibilities and the services available to them in the community. They will also prepare a CV and the formal correspondence required when applying for a job. Students will complete a workplace first aid course and have the opportunity to attend STAR courses and Student for a Day at NMIT.
