Level 1 Mathematics with Algebra

This course will continue to develop a broad range of mathematical skills with a focus on measurement, geometry, statistical investigations and algebraic thinking.

This course allows access to all Year 12 and 13 Mathematics options and should be selected by students who want to keep their options open or students wanting to go into mathematical fields such as Finance, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Medicine, Computer Science etc. 

Students do not have to have passed Numeracy in Year 10 to do this course but will find it challenging and should discuss their options with their teacher.
