Level 1 Materials Technology - Crossover

Course Description

Contact Person: A. Keogan

This course has a proportion of practical, design and research elements. Students will research and develop a conceptual design.  Students will develop modelling skills and knowledge in order to create quality technological outcomes that meet a given brief using fabric and other materials. The external is written during the year and is related to the research and project work you have completed through the year. It is submitted before the end of the year examinations.


Contributions and Equipment

Curriculum Contribution: $50 for materials

Entry Requirements

Students should have completed 9MTT and/or 10MTT, 9MTM and/or 10MTM. Final decision is at HOD discretion.
