Level 3 English for English Language Learners

Course Description

This course is designed for students for whom English is a second language. English language is taught through topics and assessments will be selected appropriate to the students’ English language acquisition, needs and interests.   Assessments will be chosen from the list provided, or if needed at the level the students have reached at the time of doing this course.

Those students who have the required English language level will be given the opportunity to attempt Literacy assessments (Reading and Writing) to gain entrance to university.


Entry Requirements


Students must be English language learners. This class needs to fit with other subject selection and timetable requirements.

You will be assessed in this course through all or a selection of the standards listed below.
