Recommended Prior LearningClasses are made up of approximately 50% classroom theory and 50% practical activities. We cover a range of team and individual physical activities throughout the year, which may include beach activities, Waka Ama, korfball, ki-o-rahi, touch and volleyball. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of how your body works - anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanics. You will also develop your knowledge of our local area (camp), cultural heritage and enhance the use of interpersonal skills.
